The challenge
Creation of a new Division utilizing biological sustainable methods to produce sustainable chemical raw materials. Attract and facilitate appointment of 5 key leadership roles to oversee a core strategic function of the companies move to sustainability.
The solution
A niche retained headhunt strategy to attract and headhunt Biotech Leadership outside of the traditional Biotech space in both company culture and brand, as well as geographical location. Utilize our client's vision and values and the innovation challenge to appeal to the R&D professionals in restrictive sectors that limit innovation (VC and corporate vaccine/biotech development).
The result
Identified a shortlist of 18 individuals across EU in long list which resulted in 10 shortlisted options. 3 Senior Leadership appointments secured with 2 further appointments that offer succession planning opportunities.
